Following his pediatric dental residency, he served as a faculty member and site director for the Smile Mobile Program of the Department of Community Dentistry at the Eastman Institute for Oral Health until 2012.

Alvin Amante

Dr. Amante completed his pediatric dentistry residency in 2010 at the Eastman Dental Center, University of Rochester in New York. Dr. Amante previously earned his dental degree from the University of the Philippines in 1993 where he served as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Dentistry before moving to the US.
He also completed a two-year advanced general dentistry residency program in 2000 at the Eastman Dental Center at the University of Rochester. Initially working as a general dentist in Seattle from 2000 to 2008, Dr. Amante found his passion treating children while volunteering at the youth homeless shelters in Seattle and abroad in Oaxaca, Mexico for Medical Teams International.
Dr. Amante is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist and a Diplomate with the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and has published with the Journal of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. He is currently a member of the following organizations:
